What it is: This dynamic class builds on foundational Pilates skills, exploring a wider range of exercises and variations. You'll move quickly between exercises, utilize props in every class, and work with heavier spring resistance.
Who it's for: This class is designed for all levels beyond beginner. It's ideal if you've taken more than 5 Reformer Pilates classes, understand Pilates cues, and are ready to advance your practice.
What you'll get: A challenging and invigorating workout designed to take your Reformer skills to the next level.

What it is: A fast-paced, invigorating Reformer workout designed to challenge your limits. It focuses on enhancing strength, power, and agility for athletic performance.
What you'll get: Expect exercises that boost core stability, strengthen your upper and lower body, and incorporate athletic movements like unilateral work, weight transfers, and torso rotations.
Who it's for: This class is for those who love a challenge and a faster pace. It is NOT for beginners.
