Discover our Pilates classes. Reformer Basics focuses on learning essential Reformer movements and techniques, and Reformer Sculpt delivers an energizing workout using the Reformer plus props for added variety and challenge, and Reformer All Levels for those somewhere in between.

  • What it is: A slower-paced class with detailed instruction and minimal to no props.

    Who it's for:

    • Pilates beginners with no experience

    • You are looking to focus on the fundamentals.

    Why it's effective: Don't underestimate the pace! Pilates focuses on precise, controlled movements, delivering significant results in core strength, flexibility, posture, and muscle tone.

  • What it is: Reformer All Levels is designed to accommodate individuals of all experience levels. Expect modifications or progressions if you are looking for a challenge.

    Who it's for: If you are a total newbie, or have taken several Basics classes but aren’t ready to try Sculpt.

    What you'll get: A full body workout with options to modify or progress.

  • What it is: Reformer Sculpt is a challenging full body class. Expect shorter warm ups and cool downs, standing, quadruped on the box with a strap, using weights, and overall a harder class.

    Who it's for: Perfect for anyone comfortable on the Reformer, who has taken classes before and can follow instructor cues.

    What you'll get: A full body sculpting workout.
