Starting something new can feel intimidating. We get it!

This 5-week beginner course is designed to teach you Pilates in a clear, approachable way so you feel confident from your very first class.

Our goal is to help you understand Pilates well enough to actually enjoy it.

Wild West Pilates 5 Week Beginner Course

    • Five weeks of structured classes

    • 50 minutes per class

    • Led by a certified Reformer Pilates instructor Maddy M or Maddy G

    • Each week builds on the last so you progress with confidence

  • You’ll attend one 50-minute class each week for five weeks. Classes follow a clear progression, building on what you learned the week before. By the end of the course, you’ll feel comfortable on the reformer and confident joining regular classes.

  • Sign up for your class on our website under events. The course cost is $160 and you are automatically signed up for all 5 five weeks of classes.
