About the Studio
-
That's all we do. Wild West Pilates is a small-group reformer Pilates studio in Bridgeland, Calgary, with a maximum of 9 reformers per class. Small classes mean more eyes on your form, safety, and more personal attention.
-
Absolutely. Zero Pilates experience required, and if you can show up, you're already halfway there. We recommend starting with The Basics, our beginner-friendly class. Think of it as Pilates 101: extra cues, hands-on adjustments, and plenty of focus on the fundamentals of reformer Pilates.
-
Right in the heart of Bridgeland, at 925 1st Avenue NE next to Bike and Brew.
The Bridgeland/Riverside C-train station is a five minute walk away.

-
We're a no-intimidation studio. We lead with kindness, cut the ego, and welcome you exactly as you are. Expect expert instruction, small classes, top-quality reformers, and a community that actually cheers you on.

-
New to Wild West? Our intro offer gets you 2 weeks of classes for $79. A few things to know: your 2 weeks start the day of your first class (not the day you buy), you can take up to one class per day, and it's available to new clients only. The pass can't be paused or extended, so book your first class when you're ready to dive in.
Your First Class
-
Comfortable clothes you can move in, grippy socks, and water. Grippy socks are mandatory, and we sell them at the studio if you forget yours.
-
Doors open 10 minutes before class starts, so aim to arrive at least 5 minutes early. For safety, some instructors lock the door once class begins, and late entry isn't permitted.
-
Check with your doctor or health care provider before attending class. Let your instructor know about any injuries or conditions before class starts so they can offer modifications along the way.
-
With consistent practice, most people start feeling stronger and notice their posture improving within a few weeks. Reformer Pilates rewards showing up regularly.
Bookings and Policies
-
Cancel at least 8 hours before class and your class credit is returned to you. Cancel with less than 8 hours notice and you will be charged a $10 late-cancel fee. If you no-show (no cancellation and no attendance), you'll lose the credit and be charged a $20 fee.
We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or phone call.
-
When a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot opens up before class, everyone on the waitlist is notified by text and invited to book the spot through our website. If you know you can't make it, please remove yourself from the waitlist so the spot can go to someone else. If you get into the class and can no longer attend, cancel the booking (the cancellation policy above applies).
-
Memberships include a set number of class credits per month, bill monthly on your purchase date, and renew automatically. All memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment, and your membership starts the day you purchase, not the day of your first class.
