Do I need prior experience?
Nope, zero Pilates experience required! If you can show up, you’re already halfway there. We recommend starting with our The Basics class think of it as Pilates 101. You’ll get extra cues, hands-on adjustments, and plenty of focus on the basics of reformer Pilates to set you up for success. Bonus: no one will judge if you mix up your left and right we’ve all been there!
